Information and Usage

Carson gathers two types of information about users:

  1. Information that users provide through optional or voluntary submissions.
  2. Information we obtain through aggregated tracking data derived mainly by tabulating page views throughout our website. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help better understand the demographics of our audience. Under no circumstances do we divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

Carson tracks user traffic patterns through our website, however, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. This information consists of a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s web browser).

Security

Carson operates a secure data network protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to any information provided by our clients.

Third-Party Content

Material referenced in a post, such as research, direct quotations or other source material should include either a direct link to the material cited or acknowledgment of the owner of the material (company name, research report, website, etc.) and date of publication where applicable.

The copyright associated with this website and the content owned, licensed, or created by Carson does not include third-party content referenced that is owned, licensed, or created by the third-party and not Carson.

Your Consent

By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Carson. If we make any changes to our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstance we may disclose it.
